Her story

A career built on communications that matter.

Leigh founded Fazzina & Co. Communications Consulting, Inc. in 2008 to provide organizations with direct access to experienced communications counsel and execution, without the layers and overhead of the traditional agency model.

Before launching Fazzina & Co., Leigh held senior communications roles with leading public relations agencies, including Ruder Finn, Porter Novelli and Earle Palmer Brown.

Over the course of her career, she has supported more than 110 brands across pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, consumer health, nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, animal health and other sectors.

Today, she works directly with organizations as a senior communications consultant, strategic advisor and Fractional Chief Communications Officer, and assembles experienced teams when engagements require broader capabilities.
